Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@sistribe.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with your return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

International Returns

We accept returns from all countries we ship to, including the UK, UAE, USA, Germany, Australia, and Indonesia. International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@sistribe.store with photos and your order number. We will cover all return costs and resolve the issue promptly.
